It is operated by the Philippine Payments Management, Inc. (PPMI) and is available to customers of participating banks in the Philippines.
Instructions how to generate Instapayment Credit Card
To get started with our tool you will need a Instapayment Bank bin(Bank Identification Number) which are included on our checker,
however you can add your custom bin .
Here are a few examples of the BIN format for the most widely-used card brands :

The IIN identifies the card issuing institution that issued the card to the card holder.
Instapayment credit cards begin with the following prefixes: 637, 638, 639.
Major Industry Identifier (MII)
The first digit of your credit card number is known as the Major Industry Identifier (MII).
This represents the category of industry which issued your credit card.
The MII for Instapayment credit cards is 6 which means they belong to the Banking and financial category.
